Circle, held.
Cadenza extends Circle's substrate on Arc —
attested facilitators, on-chain policy gating,
agent settlement that clears at consensus.
The money layer is Circle. The trust surface — dispute, multi-hop, marketplace-registry, policy — is what Cadenza brings to the agent economy. Composes with x402 and MPP alike.

The demos
Five receipts, live on Arc testnet — one of them extending to Base Sepolia. Each settles in real USDC; each explorer link resolves against testnet.arcscan.app or sepolia.basescan.org.
01 · Cadenza-attested x402 facilitator
Side-by-side vs Circle's vanilla facilitator. Simulate the arXiv-documented Free-Riding attack and watch the Cadenza layer reject the flood while vanilla settles the bad batch.

02 · ERC-8004 trust attestation gating
Cadenza writes attestations to Arc's native ERC-8004 registry. A Solidity validator gates USDC transfers on the attestation state. Live-toggle and watch the outcome flip on-chain.

03 · CPN ↔ Agent Wallets multi-hop bridge
Circle Payments Network issues a root spend-mandate; Cadenza cascades it through agents on Arc, tightening at every hop. When the leaf tries to overspend, the on-chain registry reverts before USDC clears.

04 · First-party dispute substrate
Buyer raises a dispute against a settled payment on-chain; Cadenza adjudicates and, on refund, sends real USDC back. No card-network chargeback — the dispute is a record on Arc, the refund is a viem transaction.

05 · Cross-chain USDC routing (Arc → Base)
Cadenza attests each leg of a cross-chain USDC route: Arc source-lock, Base destination-mint, on-chain completion record pinning both hashes. Composes with Circle's CCTP — Cadenza's contribution is the attestation policy per hop.
